Builders’ & DIY waste removal
We collect waste already produced by building and renovation projects throughout Surrey and London. This is a man-and-van waste disposal service, with loads assessed by material, weight and access.
Describe the materials, not just the pile
Tell us separately about rubble, tiles, timber, plasterboard, packaging and removed fittings. A photograph helps show volume, but it may not show the weight of dense materials. Include the approximate number of bags or pieces and any known quantities.
Heavy rubble and soil
A vehicle can reach its safe weight limit before its load space is full. Rubble, soil, concrete and paving therefore need a specific assessment. Collection size and the number of loads are agreed for the job; we do not provide skips or grab lorries.
Plasterboard and mixed debris
Identify plasterboard and unusual materials in advance so their handling and disposal arrangements can be planned. Keep different materials identifiable where practical. Do not add unknown liquids, chemicals or suspected asbestos to general builders’ rubbish.
Materials must be ready for collection
Old kitchen cabinets, bathroom fittings, flooring, fencing and decking must already be removed. We do not perform construction, demolition, strip-outs, electrical disconnection or plumbing. Tell us about sharp edges, nails and awkward pieces before collection.
Agree access with the site contact
Provide a contact for the collection location, a safe loading point and any permitted collection hours. Mention gates, height restrictions, parking controls or the distance to the waste. Changes to the quantity or access can affect the quote.
