Estimated waste removal prices
VAT is added on top at 20%. Prices can vary depending on overall weight, loading time and surcharges payable for certain items on disposal.
For light and bulky household or commercial waste. Each guide band has both a volume limit and a weight allowance; the waste must fit within both. These are collection estimates, not a promise that every load fits in one vehicle.

VAT at 20% is additional to every price shown. Larger clearances and loads exceeding either allowance need an individual quote. Collection arrangements depend on safe vehicle capacity and may require more than one trip.
What can change the price?
Overall weight
Soil, rubble, tiles and other dense materials can reach a weight limit long before they fill the available space. Heavy waste is assessed separately; the light-waste table is not a fixed rate for these materials.
Loading time and access
Stairs, long carrying distances, restricted parking and the amount of loose waste can increase loading time. Send access details with your photographs so these can be considered in your quote.
Disposal surcharges
Certain items, such as mattresses, upholstered seating, fridges and tyres, may carry additional disposal charges. Identify these in your enquiry so any applicable surcharge can be explained before you agree to the collection.
