Arrange collection of old flooring that has already been lifted and is ready for disposal. We cover Surrey and London for domestic and commercial flooring waste enquiries.
Carpets and underlay
Tell us the approximate floor area, number of rolls or bags and where the waste is stored. Include underlay separately in the description. Photographs of the whole pile help us assess the loading space and the amount of handling needed.
Laminate, vinyl and wood flooring
List the materials separately rather than describing everything as carpet waste. Explain whether pieces are loose, bagged or bundled, and identify sharp edges or exposed fixings. Heavy sections can need different loading arrangements from light carpet rolls.
Collection after flooring work
This service is for disposal of removed materials. Lifting fitted flooring, removing adhesives, moving retained furniture and laying replacement floors are not included. Arrange any preparation work before the collection date.
Flats and commercial premises
Tell us about the floor level, lift size, corridors and loading restrictions. Long carpet rolls can be awkward in stairwells, so include their approximate length. For a shop or office, confirm access times with the building contact.
Unknown or suspect materials
If you do not know what an old flooring product contains, explain this before booking. Do not cut, break up or disturb suspected hazardous material to make it fit a collection. Acceptance must be checked for the specific waste.
