One-off household rubbish collections
Describe the number of bags, boxes and loose items, and send a photograph showing the whole load. Tell us what is inside bags where possible. Heavy materials, appliances and unusual waste should be listed separately.
Cardboard and packaging
For boxes and packaging, describe the approximate quantity and whether materials are empty and dry. Packaging containing leftover products or liquids needs a fuller description. Flatten boxes where practical without concealing other waste inside them.
Mixed loads and bulky items
A clear item list helps avoid surprises at collection. Include furniture, metal items, garden waste and electrical equipment in your description. Some materials need separate handling, so a mixed load is assessed before the booking is confirmed.
Clearance from a property or outside space
Tell us who controls the collection area and confirm permission to remove the waste. Photographs should show the access route as well as the rubbish. We collect waste; relocation of retained belongings and cleaning or repair work are not part of the service.

Send the collection postcode, photographs, access details and preferred date. Confirm which items and loading arrangements are included. If the pile grows, provide updated photos before collection so the price and vehicle requirements can be reviewed.
