Bulky waste and furniture collection enquiries
We collect sofas, mattresses, furniture, bagged rubbish and builders’ waste for disposal across Surrey & London. Our man-and-van service covers single items and larger clear-outs. For a useful quote, describe the actual items and materials in your load.
Furniture and single large items
For sofas, armchairs, wardrobes and tables, include approximate dimensions and photographs. Mention whether furniture can be dismantled and whether it needs to pass through stairs or tight doorways. Do not assume a large item can be moved safely without checking access.
Mattresses and upholstered furniture
Identify mattresses and upholstered seating separately in your enquiry. These items can have different handling and disposal requirements from other household rubbish. Ask whether they are accepted and whether the quote includes their handling.
Electrical appliances
List each appliance by type. Fridges, freezers and other electrical equipment should not be described simply as mixed waste. Confirm suitability and preparation requirements before arranging removal or disconnecting equipment.
DIY waste, timber and rubble
Separate the description of timber, tiles, plasterboard, rubble and other materials. A small quantity of dense material can weigh much more than a large pile of packaging. Provide approximate quantities and identify unknown materials before asking for a collection.
Carpets, flooring and removed fittings
We collect lifted carpets, underlay and removed flooring for disposal. Tell us about nails, sharp edges and heavy sections. Old kitchen units, bathroom fittings and fence panels must already be removed: collection does not include fitting, strip-out, construction or demolition work.
Business and office clear-outs
Send an inventory of desks, chairs, storage units and equipment. Include building access times, lift restrictions and parking arrangements. Keep confidential records and data-bearing devices separate, and ask about appropriate specialist arrangements where needed.
